Welcome to Creative Waves Ltd. (“Creative Waves,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account, booking a class or course, or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts

  • You may create an account to book classes and courses.

  • You do not need to be 18+ to register. Parents or guardians may create accounts and book on behalf of minors.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details (such as login information) secure.

2. Classes, Courses & Bookings

  • Creative Waves offers in-person classes and courses that can be booked through our website or in person at our location.

  • Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class if necessary (e.g., low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances).

3. Payments

  • All online payments are made securely through our website, which uses the Tilopay payment gateway connected to Wix.

  • Tilopay may process transactions through Powertranz or other authorized partners.

  • You can pay using a valid credit or debit card.

  • Payments may also be made in person at our location.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations, Credits & Transfers

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • If you cannot attend a class or course you booked, you may:

    • Receive credit to use toward another class or course, OR

    • Transfer your booking to another person.

  • To request a credit or transfer, please contact us at sophie@creativewavesbvi.com.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Creative Waves Ltd. or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

  • By using our site and services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

  • Attendance at our classes and courses is at your own discretion. Creative Waves Ltd. is not responsible for personal property, loss, or damage during classes.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

  • Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
