Scrub Island Sculpture

In November 2024, we ran a competition to find a sculpture to create a work of art for the entrance hall at Scrub Island Resort and Marina. Simond Llewellyn created his beautiful artwork, SUNK in recognition of BVI Wreck Week 2024

Created from items gathered from BVI waters and beaches, Simond’s inspiration came from his love of the sky and the sea, seahorses and protecting our beautiful waters and beaches.

His work is truly inspiring and we are so thrilled that this project delivered such an important work of art for such a great cause.
