Road Town Jetty Mural

Through our ongoing collaboration with the BVI Ports Authority, we invited artist Tia Modeste to create a vibrant new mural in Jost Van Dyke, welcoming visitors to the island with a bold celebration of Virgin Islands culture. Her design features iconic figures such as the moko jumbie, the vigilate, a festival queen, and a lobster—each framed to resemble postage stamps. The mural captures the spirit, tradition, and character of the BVI in a playful yet powerful way, turning the arrival space into a striking visual story of island identity.
