Laura Del Beato’s first solo exhibition, Grandma’s Annual, transformed the Arts Hub into a vibrant celebration of colour and nostalgia.

The Arts Hub was filled with Laura’s unmistakable personality and sense of humour and her collection invited visitors to reconnect with childhood memories through artwork that was both joyful and deeply personal. Every piece reflected her unique creative voice, combining bold colours with charming details that made each work instantly recognisable.

The opening night was a wonderful celebration of both Laura and the local arts community. The gallery was filled with friends, family, supporters and first time visitors, all coming together to celebrate this exciting milestone in Laura’s artistic journey. 

The response to the exhibition was overwhelming, with almost every artwork finding a new home during the opening evening.

Grandma’s Annual was a beautiful reminder of the talent within the British Virgin Islands and the importance of creating opportunities for local artists to share their work. We were honoured to host Laura’s debut solo exhibition and look forward to seeing where her creative journey leads next.
